Quincy is in Massachusetts, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Quincy is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Massachusetts's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Listen, you are waisting your time not dealing with Quirk. They are professional, honor warranties, and are easy to do business with. QUIRK GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS MOVING, I WILL ONLY BUY TRUCKS FROM QUIRK.

Need to bring back the old staff members that were here, these new ones haven't a clue what their doing. You leave your truck in for one thing and they try and con you into telling you that there's a bunch of other things wrong with your truck... then you bring it to a reputable mechanic and they tell you that your truck is fine. Scam artists in here and at 275 per hour labor is absurd!!

I really wished I had listen to the other negative reviews about this company. I have been trying to locate my orders and I cannot get in touch with customer service. I have been attempting to contact them for the past week and no one has gotten back to me. Do not order from here. They do not care about you or value your time. UPDATE: They got back to me, but when I came over, the store was closed. Wrong hours on Google. The store is open until 5 PM, so I drove all the way here for no reason. A sincere thank you for your service (or should I say the lack of.). On the other hand, people over at Quirk Subaru are great. They even tried to get me in touch with the people at Quirk Parts but whoever operates Quirk Parts do not pick up their phones for anyone.

Been there a few times. Always accommodating and friendly staff. Questions answered problems solved hidden issues avoided. I travel a lot and visit many places but this one rains supreme over most. Victoria is a pleasant new face to the staff. Wonderful to talk to. Thanks to all the staff. Don’t change a thing.
